2. Concrete Cutting & Core Drilling
Jackhammers apply violent percussive blows that send shockwaves through concrete. This creates unseen micro-fractures in structural beams, loosens the bonding between steel rebar and concrete, produces uneven jagged openings, and damages waterproof membranes. Diamond cutting uses high-speed rotary friction with continuous water cooling, producing zero vibration, razor-sharp edges, and zero risk to structural safety.
We maintain diamond core bits from 25mm (1 inch) up to 500mm (20 inches) and larger. Common sizes include 32mm (AC drain), 50mm (basin pipe), 75mm (kitchen drain), 110mm (toilet waste & sanitary pipe), 160mm (main soil stack / rainwater pipe), and 200mm to 350mm (HVAC ducts and fire hydrant risers).
Yes. We utilize specialized rubber vacuum slurry containment rings that attach directly to the wall or floor around the drilling collar, connected to heavy-duty wet vacuum extractors. This instantly collects all coolant water and concrete slurry at the source, preventing any water leakage or stain on finished vitrified tiles, marble, or painted walls.
3. Demolition, Rebarring & Rock Splitting
Safety is our primary hallmark. We install multi-layer green debris safety nets, protective wooden/rubber cushioning against adjacent walls, and manually separate connecting structural elements using diamond wire/saws before mechanical dismantling begins. Over 23 years, we have maintained an unblemished zero-boundary-damage safety track record.
Chemical rebarring is a certified engineering method where new steel TMT rebar is anchored into existing cured concrete using high-strength structural epoxy resins (Hilti HIT-RE 500 / Fischer FIS EM). This creates a monolithic bond capable of transferring 100% of structural design loads without chipping or weakening the existing concrete structure.
We drill deep boreholes into the hard granite rock bed and insert high-tonnage hydraulic wedge splitters or soundless expansive chemical mortars. The hydraulic splitters exert thousands of tons of static radial force from the inside out, cleanly snapping the rock along natural cleavage planes within 60 seconds with zero sound, zero vibration, zero flying stones, and no explosive blasting permits needed.
We use high-pressure Polyurethane (PU) injection grouting. Liquid hydrophobic PU resin is pumped under 3,000+ PSI through mechanical brass packers directly into leaking cracks and construction cold joints. When the resin meets groundwater, it reacts and expands up to 30x into a dense, closed-cell, flexible waterproof barrier that permanently seals the leak from the inside.
