When modifying existing reinforced concrete structures (RCC), traditional methods like jackhammers, sledgehammers, and pneumatic breakers pose severe risks. Diamond Wall Sawing (Track Sawing)

Utilizing high-frequency electric and hydraulic track-mounted wall saws anchored securely to vertical walls or steep slopes. Ideal for cutting precise door openings, window penetrations, lift shaft modifications, and ventilation louvers in reinforced shear walls and brick-masonry with zero overcuts.

Diamond Wire Sawing

A continuous loop of steel cable embedded with high-grade diamond segments driven by high-torque hydraulic pulleys. This method has virtually unlimited depth capacity and is used to slice thick foundation blocks, bridge piers, RCC machine foundations, and heavy retaining walls in restricted access environments.

RCC Floor Sawing & Slab Trenching

Concrete Cutting FAQs

Our track-mounted diamond wall saws can cut up to 800mm (31.5 inches) in thickness from one accessible side, or 1,600mm if both sides are accessible. For structures thicker than this (such as dam walls, heavy bridge piers, and massive raft foundations), we deploy our diamond wire saws, which have virtually unlimited cutting depth capacity.

Diamond cutting does not produce any percussion or hammer impact, meaning the remaining surrounding structure retains 100% of its original strength. Before cutting structural elements like load-bearing walls or primary beams, our senior engineers review the site and coordinate with your structural consultant to ensure proper temporary propping is installed.

We never let cut concrete slabs or wall sections drop uncontrolled. We section the concrete into engineered block weights, core drill lifting holes, and secure each block with heavy-duty lifting shackles, chain hoists, or mobile cranes before making the final release cut.

Wall saws typically require a 3-phase 415V power supply (or a 25kVA generator) and a continuous water connection for blade cooling. If your site does not have 3-phase power yet, let us know in advance and we can arrange mobile power solutions.
