Our diamond core bits are specifically manufactured with high-concentration synthetic industrial diamonds embedded in a durable metal matrix. They are engineered to cut through high-tensile TMT steel rebar (Fe 500/550) just as cleanly as the concrete aggregate itself, leaving a perfectly flush, circular edge.

For a standard 4-inch (110mm) diameter hole in a 6-inch (150mm) concrete slab, actual drilling takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes once the rig is anchored. For high-volume projects (such as 20 to 50 holes in an apartment complex), our multi-rig crew can complete the entire job within a single working day.

When drilling through slabs in occupied buildings, we coordinate containment on both the top and bottom. On the top, our vacuum suction ring catches 95%+ of the coolant. Below the slab, we place catch buckets or slurry catch shields to protect the lower level ceiling, furniture, and paint.

Yes. Our drill stands are equipped with heavy-duty mechanical base anchors and vacuum suction pads that allow secure horizontal mounting on shear walls, retaining walls, masonry, and foundation plinths at any height using scaffold access.

Standard core bits are 450mm deep, but using threaded barrel extensions, our rigs regularly drill through foundation walls and dams exceeding 1.5 to 2.5 meters in thickness.
